Starting today you will use the same login you use for ADA.org and the ADA Mobile App to login to the San Fernando Valley Dental Society Web site. The previous login information will no longer be valid.

The login you will use will be your ADA number and a password. If you do not know one or either of them, follow the prompts on the login form.
