Our 740 square foot board room with a 60" LED television and 24 executive chairs. The room also offer a pass-through window to our kitchen. The room offers wi-fi, ethernet connection, power and house sound through an HDMI connection.
Our 1800 square foot educational center offers a giant, 120" projector screen, floor plugs to accommodate up to 40 participants at six-foot tables, or theater-style seating for up to 100 (20, six-foot tables and 50 chairs are available in-house, and additional tables/seating may be rented and brought in through outside vendors. A roll-up, garage-door style entry is available for load-in. This room is controlled by a separate heating/A/C system. A podium and separate sound system are available at no charge, as is a stereo system.

Multi-Purpose Room: $60/hr – minimum 2 hours, maximum 4 hours
Board Room: $40/hr – minimum 2 hours, maximum 4 hours - Rates are calculated as:
Multi-Purpose Room: $375 flat rate, maximum 8 hours
Board Room: $200 flat rate, maximum 8 hours - A/V included in all rates above and includes:
WiFi
DLP projector
10’ X 15’ projection screen (60” HiDef Monitor in Board room)
Wireless microphone with mixer, amplifier and speakers - Staff charge is levied for rental starting before 8AM and after 5PM, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
- A $60 or $75 trash removal/clean-up charge is levied unless rooms are returned to their original condition and all trash is removed from the premises. (This deposit is waived for supporters of SFVDS)
- Kitchen facilities are not available. Outside catering may be utilized. (Ask for recommendation)
